Enquiries for admissions usually come from various sources – website, advertisements, flyers, emails, referrals, walk-in customers, as well as from unit schools.

  1. Inquiry: Contact our Admission Department for information.
  2. Registration: Complete and submit the Registration Form, available on our website.
  3. Form Review: Our Admission Officer reviews forms daily.
  4. Scheduling: We will call to confirm your child’s availability and schedule an Admission Interview/Assessment.
  5. Interview/Assessment: Your child will meet with us on the scheduled date.
  6. Documentation: Submission of documents to Admission Counselor.

PLACEMENT TEST (ADMISSION )

Admission Interview Overview

To ensure a smooth admission process, all prospective students must complete a placement test. Here’s a quick overview:

Grade I to VIII: Test covers grade-appropriate concepts in English, Math, and EVS/Science.

Kindergarten: Interaction session to assess readiness for the class.

Purpose: To group students by age and skill level for optimal learning.

PLACEMENT TEST FOR PREK

For Kindergarten admissions, our assessment focuses on key developmental skills:

Puzzle Assembly: Evaluates hand-eye coordination and motor skills.

Identification Tasks: Includes recognizing animals, colors, and shapes.

Additional Assessments: Observes clarity of speech, behavior, and ability to follow instructions.

Assessment: Through a question booklet, we evaluate letter recognition, object differentiation, shapes, numerical skills, and comprehension.

Manual Dexterity: For children joining at the academic year’s start, we assess readiness for writing in K1.

Grade-appropriate concepts in English, Mathematics & EVS / Science are tested. The Admissions Officer goes through the paper with the child and explains what is expected out of them. They are encouraged to ask questions if they have any doubts in understanding the test.

Post-Assessment Interaction:

After completing the admission interview tests, a personal session with the parents and the Admission Committee is arranged. This meeting provides an opportunity to:

Class I to XII (CBSE)

Please note: Admissions for Class X and XII are subject to Management’s discretion.

Admission to the school is open to Indian and Foreign Nationals, with no distinction of caste, religion or state.

Schedule for the interaction and/or written test will be intimated to parents through email or phone. Only selected candidates will be called for further admission process.  Admissions will be given on first cum first basis.

Purchase of admission form

  1. Admission kit to be purchased against payment of prescribed fee to register the child’s name for the year and class for which admission is sought.
  2. This fee is neither refundable nor adjustable and it is valid only for the specified academic year.
  3. Purchase of admission form does not guarantee of the admission.

SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORM:

Parents to submit the completed admission form along with the mentioned documents:

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Two passport size recent
  • Copy of address proof
  • Copy of transfer certificate- TC should be compulsorily submitted for admission to class I upwards.
  • Copy of passport /visa (for Foreign Nationals only)
  • A copy of the most recent report card from the student’s previous class to be provided.

School Tours:

Families are invited to schedule a tour of our school by appointment. Additionally, tours with the Principal are available regularly with prior booking.

Admission Process:

Interactive Session/Admission Test: The Admissions Executive will arrange this session and test. On the appointed day, both parents and the child are required to visit the school.

Admission Status: Within 24 hours after the session, the Admissions Executive will inform you of the admission status.

POST PLACEMENT TEST

The Admissions Staff mark the answer sheet after the student has finished the placement test, after which they inform parents of the results. Parents are then advised on which class the child is best suited for.

Registration forms can be collected from the admissions office. Fees once paid will not be refunded. Duly filled up registration forms can be submitted to the office with effect from 16th August 2024 along  with two passport size photographs, copy of birth certificate, and marks card from the previous school (for Grade I and above only).

CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

Provisional admission is granted upon payment of the prescribed fees within 3 working days. The admission remains provisional until all required documents are submitted and the remaining process is completed within the specified timeframe.

Special Needs Assessment for Inclusive education

For children with special needs, we arrange a meeting with our school counselor. This session involves:

Assessment: The counselor evaluates the child’s needs and reviews any medical documentation with the parents.

Additional Interviews: If special needs are not initially disclosed, the Admission Officer may identify them and schedule a follow-up interview with the counselor.

Outcome:

Feasible Accommodations: If the school can accommodate the child, admission is granted.

Specialized Schools: If not, parents will be advised to consider specialized schools.
